Portal notifications come from noreply@outsauce.au, sent through
Amazon SES in Sydney. The envelope domain is ses.outsauce.au and
replies go to replies.outsauce.au.
Hosted in Australia.
The portal runs in Microsoft Azure, Australia East. Its disks and storage are encrypted at rest with Microsoft-managed keys, and public access to document storage is turned off.
The portal database is replicated continuously to Azure storage in Australia. Each day, an encrypted copy of the database and client documents goes to Amazon S3 in Melbourne, where it cannot be changed or deleted for 30 days.
A small number of services we use sit outside Australia. Our privacy policy lists them.
Sign-in needs a second factor.
All portal connections use HTTPS. Every portal user must sign in with an authenticator app code as well as a password.
Security monitoring of managed devices and systems is carried out by an external IT security provider.
Retention of client data is governed by the engagement agreement and any applicable legal or professional obligation. It is not set as a fixed period on this page.
