GENERAL

General.

What does Out Sauce do?
Out Sauce is a paraplanning services business. Senior Australian paraplanners drafting SOAs and ROAs for advice firms.
What's it cost?
No guessing. There’s a calculator. Punch in the job, see the price. See pricing →
What about client data?
A signed confidential service agreement before any work begins. Australian-hosted storage, access logged, IT security in place. We’ll share the agreement as we progress.
Where are you based?
Australia. Every paraplanner on Australian time, Australian-trained. No offshore desks, no overnight handoffs.
How fast do you reply?
Plans can be sent any time. Replies within 24 hours.
Are you licensed?
No. Out Sauce is an unlicensed paraplanner working B2B. AFSL responsibility stays with the advisor. We draft documents; we do not provide advice.
FOR ADVICE FIRMS

For advice firms.

Who’s the right firm for this?
Firms with steady, predictable paraplanning volume. Not occasional overflow.
What software access do you need?
A dedicated user login per paraplanner in your planning software. Shared logins are not workable.
What’s your platform preference?
Xplan is our most used software. However, we’re happy to talk through other stacks.
How do you handle enquiries?
Every enquiry and review is logged by hand. A real conversation, not a sales funnel.
FOR PARAPLANNERS

For paraplanners.

Who qualifies?
Senior, Australian-based, Xplan-confident. Not a fit for juniors or for paraplanners outside Australia.
What kind of work is it?
Long-term contract work with consistent firms. Not one-off jobs.
What’s the minimum workload?
At least three SOAs per week, completed within five business days, with 24-hour acknowledgement.
How does onboarding work?
Every new paraplanner answers qualifying questions, sits an interview, and completes a simulated SOA production exercise before onboarding.
Employee or contractor?
Contractor. You run your own workflow independently. Like a business, not an employee.
